Peterborough Primary Care Network
The Peterborough Primary Care Network (PCN) brings together family physicians, nurse practitioners, and primary care teams to support collaboration, information sharing, and coordinated healthcare planning across the region.
Through the PCN, providers work together to identify local priorities, strengthen primary care services, and improve access and experiences for patients throughout Peterborough City and County.

The Peterborough Ontario Health Team supports digital referral pathways that help connect patients to care more efficiently and improve coordination between providers.
Ocean eReferral
Ocean eReferral is a secure electronic referral platform available to Ontario healthcare providers through the Ministry of Health-funded Ontario eServices Program.
Ocean eReferral is available at no cost to Ontario healthcare providers. Support is available for referral senders and referral receivers, including onboarding, configuration, and training.

Online Appointment Booking
Online Appointment Booking allows participating organizations to offer secure online appointment scheduling for patients.
