Whether you are already engaged in OHT initiatives or exploring opportunities to collaborate, we welcome partnership that supports better health outcomes for our community.

For Partners

Building a more connected healthcare system through collaboration.

The Peterborough Ontario Health Team brings healthcare providers, community organizations, Indigenous partners, and social service organizations together to improve access to care and create a more connected healthcare experience for the people of Peterborough City and County.

Whether you are already engaged in OHT initiatives or exploring opportunities to collaborate, we welcome partnership that supports better health outcomes for our community.

Building on Strong Local Partnerships

Our organizations have been working together both formally and informally for years. As an Ontario Health Team, we are committed to building on these partnerships to help ensure people can access and navigate the healthcare system in a seamless and coordinated way.

Together, our partners bring the knowledge, experience, and leadership needed to strengthen care, improve access, and respond to the evolving needs of our community.

How We Collaborate

The Peterborough Ontario Health Team brings together organizations and leaders from across the health and social service system to support collaboration, information sharing, and coordinated planning.

Through ongoing collaboration, partners help identify local priorities, share expertise, and work toward solutions that improve care across the region.
